One of the Directors, Liam, personally reads and replies to every enquiry, usually within 4 business hours, Mon–Fri 9–5 AEST. After hours, expect a reply first thing the next business morning. With years of experience in the short-term rental market, you're talking to people who actually know this industry inside out. If your property's a fit, you're then introduced to your dedicated local property manager who runs the day-to-day. No auto-responders, no call centres, no junior intake reps.

We offer two products. Full management covers south-east Queensland, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, including every demand suburb (New Farm, Burleigh Heads, Surfers Paradise, Coolangatta, Noosa, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and the rest). If you're outside south-east QLD, our Co-Host plan gives you Lane's tech and expertise overlay while you self-manage on the ground. Either way, ask. There's a fit for most owners.

No. The 15-minute intro call is for both sides to work out whether your property's a fit and whether Lane's a fit for you. If it isn't, we'll happily say so and point you somewhere useful. There's no follow-up sales sequence, no commissions paid on signups, no fine print. We'd rather pass on the wrong-fit property than onboard it and disappoint everyone three months later.

Just the basics: suburb, number of bedrooms, and whether the property is currently let or sitting empty. You don't need photos, lease docs or financials at the first conversation, those only come in if we go ahead together.
