Why we do this differently.

Most short-term rental managers grow by adding properties faster than they can look after them. Owners end up as a number in a national call centre, dealing with a different person every time, and wondering where their money actually went.

We started Lane Property to run it the way we'd want our own investments managed: locally, transparently, and by people who actually pick up the phone. We're independently owned, not a franchise and not backed by an offshore hotel group, and we only operate where we know the market, across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

When you call Lane, you reach a director, not a salesperson reading from a script.

That's the part owners tell us matters most.
