Lane Property's co-host fee is 9% + GST of accommodation revenue, taken from bookings. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. The cleaning fee is set on the listing and charged to the guest, and platform fees are charged by the platform, not us.
With co-hosting we run pricing, guest messages, the listing and reviews, and you look after cleaning, restocking and maintenance. Full management adds all of the property work, costs 18% + GST, and is only available in Brisbane, on the Gold Coast and across the Sunshine Coast.
No. Co-hosting is available anywhere in Australia. You, or someone local you trust, handles cleaning, keys and repairs. We run everything that happens online from our office in New Farm, Brisbane.
By default the listing sits on Lane Property's host account. If you ask at setup, we'll build it on a separate account instead and hand that account over to you, with its bookings and reviews, if you stop co-hosting with us.
You do, or your cleaner. We send them the turnover schedule as bookings come in. If your place is in South East Queensland, we can also do the cleaning for you.
Booking income is paid to you twice a month, on the 1st and 16th, with a statement showing every stay and the fee taken.
