Your property is published across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other major platforms to start capturing bookings.

We guarantee your first booking within 7 days of going live. From check-in to cleaning after departure, we manage the full guest experience.

Regular Payouts

Earnings are disbursed to you twice a month (on the 1st and 16th), with transparent end of month owner statements made available in your owners portal for peace of mind.

Once you’re ready to proceed, we take care of the onboarding. Your property is checked against our required inventory list, and we arrange any furnishings or missing items. We also organise an initial professional clean and stock guest essentials like coffee, shampoo, and toiletries, so your property is guest-ready from day one.

Step 3 – Photography & Assets

Great visuals make a big difference in attracting bookings. We arrange professional photography to showcase your property at its best, or use existing real estate images if they’re suitable. Where needed, we can even generate high-quality AI images to enhance your listing and help it stand out on Airbnb and Booking.com.

Step 4 – Listing Launch

With your property prepared and photography complete, we launch your listing across major booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com along with a Direct Booking engine to maximise your occupancy. From the very first day, your property is positioned to capture attention and attract bookings.
