How it runs, start to finish, with nothing left vague.

How long until my property is earning?

Usually days, not weeks. Once you're onboarded and the listing goes live, we guarantee your first booking within 7 days. Properties that are already furnished move fastest, since there's less setup to do before we can list.

What happens first?

A free income forecast. We visit your property and send back a realistic estimate of what it could earn as a short-term rental, alongside what it would earn on a long-term lease, so you can compare with real numbers. There's no cost and no obligation to go ahead.

I already use another manager. How does switching work?

We manage the handover and relisting for you, and time it so there's no gap in your bookings or income. You give your current manager their notice, we take care of the rest. There's no long lock-in keeping you where you are, and most owners are surprised how little of the work falls on them.

When and how do I get paid?

Twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th, straight to your account. Each payout comes with a tax-ready statement showing your income and our fee in plain figures, and you can track every booking and dollar live any time, so the amount that lands is never a surprise.

What does it cost?

A flat 18% + GST of the accommodation revenue we earn for you. That single fee covers the whole process, every step on this page and everything behind it. No setup fees, no per-booking fees, no tiers. Cleaning is charged to the guest, not to you.

Which areas do you cover?

Full management covers Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, across South East Queensland. If your property is outside that area, ask us about our Co-Host plan, which gives you the same systems while you handle the on-the-ground side.
