You’ll receive payouts on the 1st and 16th of every month. We also provide clear monthly statements so you can see your income, fees and property expenses in one place.

Can I stay at the property myself?

Yes, you can block dates at any time for personal use with no additional charge. Just let us know or use your owner portal to manage availability.
